International tutoring software is English-only. In a North American Chinese tutoring studio, this means parents miss reminders, misread class reports, and feel disconnected from their child's progress.
The ActiKidz solution
- Three full UI languages — English, Simplified Chinese (简体中文), Traditional Chinese (繁體中文). Every screen, every button, every error message is translated.
- Per-parent language preference — each parent selects their own language; notifications go out in their preference, not the studio's default.
- Trilingual notification templates — all customer-facing notifications (lesson reminders, class reports, payment receipts, renewal notices) have parallel English / Simplified / Traditional versions.
- Mixed-language families supported — a parent reading Chinese and a teen reading English can both use the same family account in their own language.

What's not multilingual (yet)
