ActiKidz is currently building automatic Interac e-Transfer reconciliation specifically for Canadian private lesson tutors and tutoring studios. This feature is in active development — not yet available in production.

- Auto-import bank email notifications when parents send e-Transfer payments
- Match deposits to the right student, lesson, or package balance
- Flag unpaid lessons and overdue balances automatically
- Generate receipts and CRA-friendly export
Why this matters for Canadian tutors
Interac e-Transfer is the dominant payment method for private lessons in Canada. International tutoring SaaS (MyMusicStaff, TutorBird, Teachworks) doesn't natively support it. ActiKidz is purpose-built for the Canadian market.
