- Is ActiKidz only for Chinese-speaking tutors?
- No. ActiKidz supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese interfaces. The platform is used by piano, math, language, sports, and arts tutors of all backgrounds.
- What payment methods does ActiKidz support?
- ActiKidz supports e-Transfer (reconciliation tracking), Stripe (credit card), and manual cash/cheque logging. Invoices can be exported as PDF.
- How does the 30-day free trial work?
- No credit card is required to start. You get full access to all features for 30 days. Billing starts only after the trial ends and you confirm your plan.
- Can I manage multiple teachers or rooms?
- Yes. Studio Standard and Studio Growth plans support multiple teachers, rooms, and shared calendars with per-teacher permission settings.
- Can parents see their child's schedule and remaining package hours?
- Yes. Parents can log in to the family portal to view upcoming lessons, attendance history, remaining package balance, and AI class reports.
