Is ActiKidz only for Chinese-speaking tutors?
No. ActiKidz supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese interfaces. The platform is used by piano, math, language, sports, and arts tutors of all backgrounds.
What payment methods does ActiKidz support?
ActiKidz supports e-Transfer (reconciliation tracking), Stripe (credit card), and manual cash/cheque logging. Invoices can be exported as PDF.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
No credit card is required to start. You get full access to all features for 30 days. Billing starts only after the trial ends and you confirm your plan.
Can I manage multiple teachers or rooms?
Yes. Studio Standard and Studio Growth plans support multiple teachers, rooms, and shared calendars with per-teacher permission settings.
Can parents see their child's schedule and remaining package hours?
Yes. Parents can log in to the family portal to view upcoming lessons, attendance history, remaining package balance, and AI class reports.
